The Spartanburg Preparatory School had a goal of establishing brand recognition in the Spartanburg community, with the hopes of attracting potential students and families. ALINE compiled a set of strategic design recommendations to help boost the school's admissions process using eye-grabbing visuals and curiosity-piquing messaging that work together to convey the school's mission, heart and relevance.

As SPS approached their new open enrollment application deadline, ALINE recommended a 7-week digital ad campaign to help boost visibility and enrollment-related web traffic.

We understood that—from start to finish—the SPS admissions process should feel supportive and individualized. Therefore, the intention behind our strategic recommendations for the school's admissions materials was to foster thoughtful and intentional interactions and engagement with prospective students and their families.
Recommended tactics included follow-up postcards with handwritten notes that provide a personal touch and promote a true family feel, and other print materials designed to answer FAQs.
In addition to establishing brand recognition using digital ads and the exterior of the school building and displays in other prominent public locations, we also wanted to highlight the importance of moving an SPS family from simply attending the school to promoting the school in their community as Brand Ambassadors.
As part of our strategic recommendations, the ALINE team designed school swag, yard signs, and other branded merch and gear to aid in this effort.
