When the pandemic totally changed the hospitality industry, Prospera Hospitality, an established client of ALINE's, quickly pivoted to create a sister company to meet the new health, cleaning and safety needs for restaurants and hotels. Prospera Health & Hospitality Services (PHHS) quickly needed a website with online ordering capability and strong SEO-focused marketing to launch their new offerings among a growing and confusing field of new products - including high-end robots. ALINE created a brand, website and marketing strategy (in both digital and print) to help launch PHHS to Prospera's current hospitality clients and to totally new audiences. Through focused content development, including blogs, social media posts and online ads, we helps PHHS build a new customer base and position itself as a leader in the growing niche of health-and-safety focused vendors and suppliers of robotics.

PHHS needed to cut through a lot of online clutter when offering top-of-the-line health and cleaning products curated especially for hospitality properties. ALINE helped develop industry-savvy blogs and relevant social media posts to connect with hospitality industry professionals. We paired that content with targeted digital ads to raise brand awareness and drive online sales. When PHHS shifted to offer more robotics, we created content focused on the value and use of the robots, including case studies showing how properties benefited from adding robots.
